Privacy notice: statement review
What we collect
The statement pages you send, your business name, your phone number if you give one, and the time you sent them.
Why
To review what you pay for card processing and prepare a quote for you. We do not use it for anything else.
Who sees it
Only AMS staff working on your review. We do not sell it or share it with anyone else.
Where it is kept
In Alliance Merchant Services' Microsoft 365 account, which only AMS staff can reach.
How long
Deleted automatically after 90 days. If you become an AMS customer, we keep it with your account records.
Card numbers
We never need card numbers. If a statement shows a full card number, we flag it so staff can black it out.
